2 pets maximum. Maximum weight 35 lbs. No aggressive breeds allowed. Pet Fee is $500 (non-refundable for the 1st pet and $250 (non-refundable for the 2nd pet). Pet rent is $75 per month.
Smoking is not permitted in the Apartment or on the Balcony/Patios. Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas or 25 fee from the buildings.
